Very curious on the phone and I like how I can call in to get my order of change. I just wish they were a bit faster since I called ahead of time instead of taking 5 minutes each time. But very clean place and workers are quick and to the point. Not as friendly as Wells Fargo, but still polite and respectful.

Worst branch I ever been to ,they made me think about closing my account
Always disappointed with this branch in particular, but Bb&t as a whole house definitely let us down multiple times. Terrible communication. I called several times to make an appointment with the branch manager and he seemed to always be out of the office or not available to talk and doesn’t take appointments. Banks are a place that you should be able to trust and I do not trust them at all! Wells Fargo has been more than just a bank to us. I highly recommend them
