There best customer service hands down. Very friendly and professional.
Have been using the app to deposit checks for 3 years, never had an issue. Just put a 2 week hold on my deposit with no explanation. Not the bank it used to be when it was Fidelity Bank. When this check clears I'm closing this account and using Wells Fargo!
Awful, Customer service I've been banking there a long time. Had a one lady pose as a manager then when confronted about lying she recounted her statement to clarify that she was the assistant to the bank manager.
It was great to have a bank that can serve both my personal and business checking needs, along with 24/7 access at my fingertips. Cody handled everything quickly and efficiently prior to my appointment and during. He was knowledgeable regarding how to use the features offered on the accounts as well as other banking products. It was nice to have concierge service from 1 individual rather than multiple departments.
