I've been with BB&T a short time. My mom set up my account years ago. They are always friendly & professional. They explained several issues I've had so that I could understand where the mistakes were made by other financial institutions. They have been very good to me.
I have been with BB&T since 1993, my family has been banking here since 1973, this was when the bank was called Newnan Savings Bank. Today, I called this location due to the long wait time (over 30 minutes) on BB&T's 1-800 number. A person named Brandi answered the phone, after explaining my situation without any hostility towards her, she hung up on me! Rather than trying to help in any way at all. This is the last straw! I've been a number of issues with this bank over the years, I've been patient and way more understanding than I should've been. I'm cutting all ties with BB&T!
This branch has always treated me like family. I trust them and they gone above and beyond to take care of my needs.
Been banking with BBT since 2008. Used to be great...but now they lack a desire for customer service. 2 star because in TX the branches were amazing.
I went to handle a simplenBanking situation and the a lady by the name of Renea was really rood and loud I was surprise, usually MsnCarol and the other ladies are so sweet and kind.nI left and the FayettevillenStaff was able too help us.
