My daughter just turned 16 and we wanted to open a checking account for her. I met her at this Bank of America branch after school. It was near closing time, but the tellers, the manager and the person that helped us open the account were ALL FABULOUS! They did not make us feel rushed, they made sure all of our questions were answered, they got the account opened and even showed us how to use the Bank of America app on our phones. SUPERB customer service! We are so grateful! THANK YOU Peachtree City Bank of America! HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

Tellers are very kind, patient, knowledgeable. Friendly, professional service, despite the occasional long line. They appear to be hiring new tellers.
Ugh, this bank branch is disgusting. The decrepit building and terrible grounds are truly a disgrace. The interior of the branch dated and not maintained. I really do not understand why this was allowed to happen. I for one will not continue to use this BOA branch.
This bank is the worst. The tellers are friendly so it's not their fault. The lines are always long and move painfully slow. I don't understand why management won't hire more support.
