Been a card holder for over 7 years. I walked in asking about some account details and about possible changes to my account and the man inside was extremely reluctant to help me. I explained my issue and what I would like to do and did not provide me with any helpful information. Now I have to call to have someone else look over my account.nHe looked like he did not want to be there. Horrible experience. I sincerely look forward to to the day I can cancel my wells fargo account once and for good.

As a nearly 30 year account holder with Wells Fargo, remaining through all its acquisitions and many names changes, some years ago, each customer was known personally by the banker and not just “ place your debit card in the device” behavior of today.nnOn today Mr. D. Minter provided me with superb customer service that reminded me of the personable service I prefer.nnHe addressed all of my requests with the utmost professionalisms and thoroughness!!!nnHe is an asset to your team!!!

I went to this branch running late due to traffic of course and the branch closes at 5pm. There was a man standing at the door and I asked if I could deposit the check. He didn’t even acknowledge me. Extremely repugnant in my opinion. He could have just said I am sorry we are closed. He looked at me and walked away from the door. Respect goes a very long way, but we know that there are some people who just don’t know how to give it... Late or not be respectful acknowledge customers and act as if you embody couth. It’s really not difficult. I was going to give one star, but there is a teller who is there and she’s always pleasant.

So, I had a horrible experience at the branch on Moreland Avenue, so I decide to try this branch on the next business day. I called to make an appointment and they told me to walk in without an appointment and they would see if they could help me. On the phone, I explained that I needed to do a wire transfer. Further, I stated that I did not want to come all the way to the bank and if they are unable to assist me. The woman convinced me to come in person.nI arrived at the bank and was told that I needed an appointment. I explained that I attempted to make one on the phone. She stated that the other banker(male) is at the teller position, so she could not help me. I would have to come back at 3PM. I explained that I went through all this on the phone. So, she takes time to try to figure out who I spoke to on the phone. Now, the time she is spending to tell me why she could not help me, she could have completed the wire transfer two times over. So, once again, I leaveWells Fargo disgusted. I will be transferring all of my accounts to Chase.nWells Fargo's service is beyond horrible.
