Came to this location for a time sensitive wire transfer, which would have taken 15min max. The banker brushed me off and said they were appointment only. While I understand these are unprecedented times, she could have easily offered me an estimated wait time so I was empowered to make a decision from there given “appointment only” was not previously known to me until I actually made a trip there (would have happily waited as well). They are seemingly “nice” but somewhat disingenuous, just kept recommending I book an appointment online and make another trip back. In essence, if it’s an urgent matter, it’s your problem not there’s. I went down the street to another location and the branch manager there helped me with the transfer, in and out within 10min.
