Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

I cannot even begin to praise this branch enough. I was there to handle a deposit for my first home and from the second that I got there- the process couldn't have been smoother and the staff couldn't be nicer. With COVID precautions we had to stay 6 feet away and wait in the line. The Security was so welcoming, helpful and was taking care of everyone. He brought someone in to sit down that was pregnant so they could be off their feet and help route people to the right Bank of America team members. When I entered the building, I waited to be helped and I got to see first hand the level of service that the whole team provided. They treated everyone with the utmost respect and got everyone in and out quickly. I had the pleasure of working with Maria and she was amazing. So friendly, knowledge and helpful. They are taking in a lot of volume since other locations are closed and they handled it so well. When people go above and beyond I always want to make sure that I thank them for it.

Worst BOA I have ever been to. Routinely has one teller with people lined up outside the door. Meanwhile 4 or 5 managers sitting in their offices staring at their computer screens. Unfortunately its the closest to my house.

Terrible experience,the manager Maria she litterally tried to kick out us from the branch,we had an emergency issue with the money transferred by zelle and she even didn’t listen to us because i guess it was near closing time 3:45 and they just were sitting and chatting when we entered and seemed really annoyed because we just disturbed their comfort. We were told that we had to have appointment to fix that emergency issue.That’s is a shame of the corporation to have such an unprofessional staff!!!

Here's the breakdown:n-I made an appointment online one week beforehand to get one document notarized that would legally allow me to immunize in the state of Georgia so I can administer COVID vaccinesn-I arrived 10 minutes early, not expecting to be served immediately, but also not expecting to wait more than half an hourn-I was told it would be a 3-hour wait because they are the only BoA open in the nearby area due to COVID, but then was told it would be a 15 minute wait after I explained that I already had an appointmentn-Other customers who arrived after me were asked whether or not they had an appointment, a question I was not graced with, I'm assuming because I look 10 years younger than my actual agen-I was placed in an empty office with glass windows to wait and I could see and hear the employees socializing with each othern-After waiting AN HOUR AND 20 MINUTES, I was finally allowed to see the notaryn-During the 5 minutes I was with the notary, they signed in the spot that I was supposed to sign, making my document null and voidn-I pointed out the error and they awkwardly fumbled and said to just come back and do it again if the document is not acceptedn-Lo and behold, the document was not acceptedn-After getting another blank document from my employer, I saved myself the trouble and went to the UPS store and paid $2 to get my document notarized after a 5 minute wait. The notary asked me to sign the document in front of them without me having to prompt them, demonstrating their notary competencennThe end.

A great team at Bank America Ponce De Leon. I go there often, and the more I go the more I have enjoyed the people. The Manager, and Michelle, are always helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work.
