Convenient bank with fabulous staff most of them are very nice and will go out of their way to give you best service. I visited last Saturday for a regular bank visit was greeted by the best staff Elizabeth and Dan. I got all of my work done in a timely fashion and was dealt with upmost courtesy. I have dealt with Tara on previous occasions and she was just as nice. This bank has become my preferred bank not only for its long banking hours but also for the great staff.
Katie helped out a lot today on a Saturday which was great. Thank you again!
Worst customer service ever. I made a CASH deposit today and when I went home I checked my account 2 hours later and I saw that the money wasn’t there, even though it was a cash deposit and it was supposed to clear right away, I went to the bank , the guy that works there didn’t even want to help, he told me to comeback on Monday , in 2 days. I can’t wait to go back on Monday and just close my account with them, what a horrible and unhelpful costumer service they have .
Beth has provided by far the best banking experience I have ever had. A+ customer service!
