It's a small store compared to the Petsmart stores but the staff is friendly and their selection is good...

Drove an hour to find a pet for my 4 year old son. We went inside and was taken care of by Keara a seemingly nice person. After deciding on the only Chinchilla in the store, I picked up food, treats, bedding and was shown a $40.00 cage with a rabbit, ferret, hamster and CHINCHILLA on the box. Keara showed me another starter cage for $70.00, with more content inside, so gladly I chose that cage. Upon heading to the cash register, some woman comes out of nowhere and tells me the chinchilla “REQUIRES” a three-story cage which cost $150.00. When I balked at the price, she refused to sell me the chinchilla! WOW! I looked at my Son who already fell in love with the animal and walked out. I took my Son to the car and came back inside to get her name and her corporate office number. This isn’t over, my lawyers will be contacting PET MANIC! Asst. Mgr. Victoria “SHY” Muller or Mullings, you need manners and a customer service refresher course. You need to dress better, as you are representing a corporation. These are the same people who demand a base pay rate of $15.00. Are you serious? Minimum wage for minimum skills. That’s all you’re worth, SHY!
