I absolutely hate this location. No tellers of any kind. No one can help you with anything. Just ATMs. One of their machines ate a $200 deposit and no one can get my money back or help with anything unless you call their customer service line and wait for an hour. This location made me close my Chase account. Screw your “redesigned” location.

Walked in with $15,000, tried to open an account, waited 15 minutes to have someone tell me they don't have time for me today and to make an appointment. Kind of funny, I watched two employees sitting their offices playing on their computer at 20 to 4:00 I guess they were just didn't want to start anything new and we're waiting to punch out.
I deposited money in the ATM today 1-28-21 and the machine stole my money and told me to call a 1800 number. The worker KeAsha was extremely rude along with the manager Latif. Latif has no leadership skills he went in his office and sat back down and told me to call the claims number. He needs to be fired immediately. Furthermore I will be closing my accounts with Chase and taking my business elsewhere. Also I have a video of it all this will go viral!!!!
A bit of a wait but that’s expected because it’s only one Chase in the area honestly. Overall everyone checks on you and offer waters while you wait. Thanks to Ms. Johnson for resolving my issues and assisting me with opening my account.
