Extremely long wait time. The line was wrapped around the corner. There has to be a way this could be a smoother and quicker process.
This branch continues to be dysfunctional. There is ALWAYS a long line, and as I’ve seen in other reviews , the employees seem to do more conversing with each other than attending to the customer!
Since Dobbins is so close, should of been had a location. Really should of built one instead of inside Walmart. Parking is crazy & long line when was open. Another happy finally opened one, but WASTE of time
ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF THE MEMBERS
Went into this location on a Saturday. It was busy which was fine however the wait time was ridiculous almost 2 hours. When they were finally able to help me the girl had an attitude and was extremely rude. I loved that they open this location near my home however I rather take the drive to Kennesaw where the staff is more friendly and inviting.
