I needed a document notarized on my lunch break and saw a sign saying that I needed an appointment. I went inside to see if I could get squeezed in and Jared helped me. He was awesome. Kind and had small talk with me. Grade A customer service! Jared was super professional and accommodating. I’m very happy with him able to help me out.

I just visited the Wells Fargo bank, I had to go inside for a large cash transaction. I had a great experience, the teller was pleasant and charming, in and out in 10 minutes.ud83dude0a

if you plan to open or close a safe deposit box bring a book to read. you will spend at least 1.5 hours due to inadequate personnel.

Very bad experience. We needed a document notarized, one of the employee (African American lady) comes to us and says we are about to close, come back tomorrow. When we argued that we came before it closes, why would you not provide the service then she keep repeating that we close at 5 and we keep saying its not 5 yet. I guess @Wells Fargo does not need our business.
