Everyone was so nice! Kinda caught me off guard haha
Went in to make a withdrawal but wasn’t able to because teller informed me that what I was trying to withdrawal was “pending” and I wasn’t able to take anything out which was weird because on my app it says “available balance” but I just said ok and left the branch. I then called customer service and the young lady informed me that the teller should have given me what I wanted to withdrawal since it was “available” which I already knew but I thought maybe I was wrong. I wasn’t ! A real waste of my time coming in and I wish this man knew what he was doing !
If I could have given them a zero, I would. They are the ONLY bank in Georgia that does not do wire transfers to another investment account that is not Fifth Third, or they don’t understand their own processes. The account manager did not return calls or make any efforts to prepare for a request for more than a week, told me that I had to call Grand Rapids MI and provided me a wrong number. If you have anything outside of simple checking DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH OR THIS BANK.
