I absolutely love this pet store. The employees are freaking AMAZING! They are very friendly and professional. I have never had a bad experience here.
Very knowledgeable about the nutrition needs for our fur babies. I recomend dropping by if you haven't already. They have two licensed groomers also, and plan to use their services in the future.

We purchased a 50.00 carrier from here less than a month ago, I have an 11lb ship-tzu that I put in her carrier to transport her to and from my work for her safety. She scratched her way out of it one morning on my way to work. My husband and I told the store associate when we bought it the problem we had with other carriers that she had done this to as well, we were assured these were good quality and shouldn’t have that problem.When I took it into the store, I was told that they would not refund my money and the exact words were I don’t know if she was left in it too long by herself, first of all don’t accuse me of mistreating my dogs. This place will never get my business and I will let other people know of how we were treated
Has been a good place for me, I get closing early everyone wants to go home but if you get there around 5:50 they won’t be open.... people inside staring at me like I’m the crazy one ud83dude02
