Customer service is always great here. The best part? You get a human answering the phone every time, not an automated menu.nWe moved from area over 2 years ago and are still able to conduct most our banking needs remotely with Charlotte State. Would recommend this bank.nTheir facilities are always clean when you visit and they have amenities to accommodate those that need it, such as for wheelchairs.
Exceptionally professional and conscientious. They handled our mortgage refinance and did it very efficiently and as quickly as could be expected with the hundreds of mortgages being closed every week in Charlotte County! Contrast this with Wells Fargo who never followed through on a refinance request!
I just had the rudest experience with a general manager. Was extremely disrespectful. We withdrew all our money. Enough Said......!
