Today I visited the bank and was very pleased with the service, quickly and professionally, despite the huge workload and lack of staff, thanks to the manager. They do their best to do their job well!
They refuse to answer the phone here, when they finally did they just put the phone on the side completely ignoring me. Little did they know they forgot to mute it so I could hear everything they were saying. They have terrible customer service and I do not recommend them!
I needed to make a large deposit (40 checks) but was refused service at this location because my disability prevents me from wearing a mask. The outside deposit box was closed for some unknown reason, otherwise I would have used that. The branch manager Judith had me trespassed off of the property. I spoke to 2 regional managers to try to resolve this problem. Both regional managers upheld the trespass request. Another 1 star review... shocker!
everything is so slow, one operation takes 30-60 minutes! very bad, one cashier serves the crowd ...ud83dudc4e
Opened 3 accounts here and lately you cannot contact them by phone(all phone numbers take you to their automated app) Lousy service in this branch. Now going in to CLOSE all accounts! They closed this branch and you cant even get to the main office on the phone.
