Staff is helpful and patient. You can tell they love animals. Plenty of products . They are my go to for fish and aquarium goods. Fairly priced. The fish are also usually kept in good stock. I rarely ever see any fin rot or ick. I've bought over $300 in fish In fish and still have a majority of them from this pet shop.
The employees are always helpful and super friendly. I also injoy their vet services there that are affordable for me since I am on a budget.
Pet Smart was great young lady very helpful in finding & helping with items geared to my puppy's age.
Buyer beware of of ringworm Bought a guinea pig for my wife staff was not very helpful with purchase purchased on feb 20 noticed on the weekend of warranty running out that he was losing his fur on his nose found a vet to look at him on the Monday 8th of March. Which was two days after warranty ran out because we couldn’t find a vet on Saturday the day of warranty ending found out the poor little guy had ring worm $107 dollars later and 30 days worth of treatment called pet supermarket and was told there was nothing they could do about it or do for me
