Every time I come here the employees are very helpful. Ive never had a bad experience with Bank of America and I went here today and was assisted by Kim for a direct deposit form. While here I asked about the change of my bank and how I misunderstood it and even though it was my fault for the charge to my account which I understood, Kim reimbursed me. :) Very helpful. I love the employees at this bank.
They have the worst service. Doesn't matter what time I come in there are always more employees in the break room then behind the counter. All they ever do is apologize for your wait. Why do I have to stand in line 20 minutes to deposit a check. It's a business account so I have no card to use the ATM. The manager should get behind the counter and help out.
Not only don’t they have a drive-through(closed for no reason) but to kick care of the extra traffic they have only one teller!! But their stock! They are obviously saving money on personnel.
Personal service was outstanding.
