I went here with my boyfriend almost two weeks ago. The first thing that caught my attention is that the animals have enriched enclosures places to hide, and aren't forced out in the open like other big pet stores. The employees are so nice and so knowledgeable (I wish I caught the name of the person I spoke to but she had the coolest neon green eyeshadow!). We talked forever and she eventually helped us pick out a leopard gecko, whose been happy and very healthy this whole time. This place is awesome!
This place is awesome and is way better than any other pet store chain you will find. There are knowledgeable and friendly staff and a great selection of animals and supplies. They had everything you need to make a bioactive enclosure as well as exotic pets. The animals are clearly taken well care of and they display enclosures look great. Fair prices too
Visited the store on the day of their soft opening, everyone was super friendly! Very clean store with great product selection, and the setups for the animals are very nice as well. I definitely will be making this store my new regular go-to place for supplies and new pets in the near future (possibly a red ackie)! Can’t wait to see what they have to offer once they have their grand opening! Pricing also looks to be very fair and competitive!
Love this place has a great variety of reptiles, accessories and the staff is pretty knowledgeable. I am so happy to have a reptile store on the west side of town. I visit the store at least twice a week for feeders for my bearded dragon. Great selection of them as well!
Staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a much larger selection for feeders which allows me to get appropriate size meals for my 11ft girl. All the animals are happy and healthy!
