The banker who helped me, Victoria, was super helpful. She stayed on top of my credit card application, and sorted out all problems for me. She was also responsive after my application was approved, to help me understand the ins and outs of my new card. I feel very supported. I highly recommend!
We opened a checking and investment account with Victoria, she was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and diligent.nnSince opening the account I have called on several occasions (I am a bit of a high maintenance customer) and she is always patient with me and my questions. I feel at ease knowing my account is in her hands.
Use to be a customer.... Not anymore.... Went there with their check and they couldn't Cash it or They won't either way it's disgusting Bank. I don't know why people still banking Here. Best area in town ....2.5 ⭐ rating and Nothing change since I was there a few years ago! So Sad place.... Do your self a favor - Avoid this Scummy bank!!!
I love this Suntrust bank Bc they always gave us excellent service. Especially Victoria.
We had a scheduled appointment to see Victoria. We were greeted when we walked and were told she was on the phone. When her call ended she acknowledged us and told us it would be a minute. We are the only people in the back and she proceed to make additional phone calls and send emails. After sitting there for a bit after our appointment time, we got up and left. Poor service does not even begin to explain it, will NEVER bank with, Suntrust, BBT or Truist.
