Had a horrible experience where they refused to cash a check for their own bank and the teller had the nerve to look at my colored wife and say we may want to try a check cashing place.

Chase handled Covid-19 for small businesses terrible. They charged me over $1000 in fees at a terrible time. They said everyone got the fees back during the start of Covid . It’s a lie.nnIt went to the next department and they never took care of it. They basically kept as much as possible from businesses and made the process extremely difficult to get reimbursed.nnAll the Chase Cares is a bunch of trash

Worst branch I have gone to. I called and was told they were only seeing customers through appointments because of Covid, which I completely understood. I spoke with Aidan Rodgers and he scheduled an appointment to meet with him. He also went over all of the documents I would need to bring. I specifically told him the documents I had and mentioned not having one. He put me on hold to double check and said it was fine. My appointment was for 2pm. I get to the branch on time and tell the girl at the front desk that I have a 2pm appointment with Aidan. She walks up to his desk where he is sitting with a customer and tells him that his 2 o clock is there. He seems surprised and asks for the time which he then notices its 2pm and walks up to me to let me know he will be with me after he finishes with the other customer. I stood there for 30 minutes waiting and at 2:30 he was still with that other customer. Another bank rep who sits next to Aidan finishes with her customer and sees me standing there and just continues to stare at her computer. The front desk person calls her over to ask what she is doing, she says she finished with a customer and then the she is told to help me. She reluctantly approaches me and asks me to go with her. Once with her I explain what I need to do and she asks for my documents. I give them to her and she tells me I am missing one. I explain that Aidan (who was sitting at the desk next to hers) told me I can use what I have so she says she will ask her manager. She returns and tells me that Aidan was misinformed and she can not do it without the one documentation. I get frustrated and ask her why did Aidan schedule me to come in without that document because he knew I did not have that and she says she will ask him. She asks him and returns and says there is nothing she can do. At this point I am frustrated and take my stuff and get up to leave. Aidan avoided me and his desk while this was going on. He left his customer alone and it was obvious he was avoiding seeing me. By the way it was 2:40pm and he was still with that customer so that means he would have had me waiting for him more than 40 minutes when my appointment with him was at 2pm. When I left he was still hiding by the copy machine. What is the point of making an appointment at this branch. The only one who was nice and apologetic was the girl sitting at the front (answering the phones) I dont recommend Aidan or his neighbor Milly.

Today I went to Chase to discuss a wire transfer. Signed in & waited for an advisor. Was escorted to a cubicle. I said good morning. Was met with a grunt. We then sat in silence for 3 minutes while she was looking at her monitor. She finally spoke & said how may I help you under her breathe. I told her I was closing on a home & needed to do a wire transfer & she looked at me sideways & said what do you mean? At that point I had enough. Got up & left the bank. This woman was disrespectful & rude among other things. I'm a long time customer & feel like I should have been treated much better. Would a good morning be too much to ask? This woman really needs to work on her people skills or find a new job. My experience was approximately 10:15 a.m.
