I stopped using cash app because I was scammed. So Wells Fargo told me if I use Zelle your money is protected because it’s the bank. Well not true! I was scammed out of $500.00 and I disputed it and months later I’m told there is nothing they can do! Very unprofessional to have your workers lie to a customer that has been with your bank for over 15 years! I’m really thinking about stopping business with this bank all together!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this branch of wells fargo should be the standard that other wells fargo have to follow. The customer service is always excellent.

I drive past another Wells Fargo to go to this location. I always have an awesome experience with this bank. The employees are always nice, friendly and helpful. If I went to the other location I will stand in line longer than it takes me to drive further and transact my business.
