I absolutely love this bank! We transferred all our personal and business accounts from Insight Credit Union here and it’s been amazing. They have been super helpful and gracious through out the whole process. Anytime I have an issue with anything big or small the branch manager and tellers are on it and assist immediately. I will never use a credit union again!
Let me first start by saying this is a beautiful branch and there are some really nice people that work here. With all that said, there seems to be an extreme disconnect when it comes to their profession. Several times have we been recommended products or services to help, or been told something was going to happen, and it has not been accurate. In several cases, not even close to being accurate. Even going as far to call something illegal, just because their advise failed, but fulfilled by another bank. Terrible knowledge and recommendations, very frustrating to work with, and take advice with a grain of salt.
We love this branch. The staff here is amazing and always extremely helpful.
