Hello, good morning. What do I need to open an account at this bank?
Employees at this Bank of America are very nice and accommodating. They are ready to help you with your needs. I have a positive and excellent experience at this location.
The manager Crystal is a horror. Needed something notarized and have their top tier account that gets it for free but because the document wasn’t me needing to sign it but someone signing it with me there in regards to an arrangement between us, she wouldn’t do it. Tried calling beforehand but no one would answer despite Crystal and 3 other standing there in an empty lobby talking and doing nothing.
They never fail to be rude or being slow at serving their members/guests
The wait times are forever and they’re always has a line inside. If they see that many people inside of the bank every single day why not add more staff?? Completely mismanaged.
