My wife has been wanting to shop Torrid for a while now, so we stopped in to pick out a wardrobe for her. I was impressed from the start, but my impression of this place and its awesome staff only grew as the night went on. The staff asked questions to help guide us to the right outfits, and when my wife didn't like one, they asked the right questions to find out why, which led them to choose the ones she did like. My wife was treated like royalty from start to finish. It was all about her, what she wanted, and zero judgment. We never felt rushed, and the entire experience was amazing. 100% will be shopping here again!
I really get the best service here EVERY time. Today I ordered a bra online for store pickup and they admitted that I was the first person to do so but the whole thing went so smoothly, you'd think they'd been doing it for months. It's such a pleasant shopping experience when the girls here are sooooo helpful and friendly.
