Very cool store. Shoes are good quality and fairly priced. The associate that helped me was very friendly.

I have currently worked for Aldo group as the assistant manager in Destin for 1 year. I moved here from Australia and I was lucky enough to get my dream job for a home away from home. I love fashion, the military community (which my husband is part of) and I love the destin commons! Stephanie is my boss and has been working in the Destin commons for many years, she knows many people and she is such a professional, she really cares about her job and she is just a beautiful person. I have learnt that management makes such a big difference in workplace satisfaction and am proud to say we not only have leaders but we train leaders, no gossip and such a positive working environment where we get challenged to accomplish great things. I have gotten to know a lot of people locally and it feels like a big family. not only do I love all the other retail workers in this mall and in our team but I love our regular customers they always make my day, we share interests and truly become friends. In Australia I worked on fashion shows styling models. I have 3 diplomas. My favourite thing is to style customers, if they allow me to express myself I can share all of my tips, ideas and analysis. Awful management ! I was a MIT and just cause my sales was 17.00 per hour Stephanie Halas and Yani * area manager* fired me! And if u aren't fashion foward you will get fired as well!! 8.05 an hour is not worth spending 8.00 on midbay bridge toll so beware!!
