I have been a top tier customer @BOA. I have had problems here before but let it pass. Recently diagnosed with CoVid. I need checks. The website says bank is open, yet no one answers phone after several attempts. I need help but BOA doesn't offer this. The phone system sends you down a deep rabbit hole. I am so changing my account as soon as I am not on lockdown. Don't bank with them, you can do better.nI wish there was a ZERO stars.

This place follows the distance guidelines but that's about it for their usefulness.nGot here, seat so I could be signed in and see someone, two to three people got after me for the same reason, the representative that's signing in saw me being first but decided to skip me until the end and of course now they had a waiting time of 20 minutes ud83dude43.

You have terrible business hours. Please adjust to a normal schedule like regular business operations between 8am-5pm at minimum!

I just wanted to say thanks to the staff of bank of America everybody is very helpful every time they ready to help especially Zina she speaks multiple languages and helps even people out of the country. Simply amazing thank u! Happy new year!
