1 person works both drive through and counter. Been sitting in the drive thru with 1 car infront of me for 23 minutes now. Horrible
If you could give a .1 that would be our rating. We would give a .5 for doors being open. Total Score .6 out of 5. One teller works the drive thru AND walk up. YET there are 4 CSR’s who hide behind their computer screens making sure that they make NO eye contact with those waiting in a long line! We left and transferred our funds to a local Florida bank.
Never had a problem with long lines to see a teller ! ( this is the keys... long lines ?) Friendly staff at this location !nMy review is for this location not a rant about the evil bank of America that I'm seeing with other reviews !
Absolutely the SLOWEST bank in the Florida Keys. Terrible customer service. They charge fees for everything! I was given a $12 fee for farting in line!! No, but seriously, this bank is terrible!! I choose to drive an hour to Wells Fargo in Key Largo, rather than deal with this company. Do NOT get a bank account here, they will rob you with all their fees
Crooks. They charge $8 to cash a check from their own bank! Publix next door charged $4.
