My review is for Susan!!! Today I went in looking for a pair of combat boots. The other woman that was working there was very quick to dismiss me when I asked if they had any more sizes in back by letting me know that whatever they had was on the floor. But then Susan kindly came over and double checked to see if they had it in stock and then offered to check the shelves with me to see if someone maybe put them back in the wrong section. When we couldn’t find them in the store she then helped by calling another store to have them put them on hold for me. I wouldn’t have gotten my shoes for my upcoming trip without SUSAN. Thank you!!!
Returned a pair of shoes to the store that’s was ordered online and sales lady was great but needed help from the manager who didn’t appreciate being bothered,anyway got my credit and was told my points money should b back on my account but the credit from my gift card was in the return.I was charged let’s say 111.81 and credited the same that does not look like I got my merchandise credit.the manager’s said that’s all in the return and walked away ( by the way with a line ......) i could not believe how rude she was ..
Retail, taking co-vid precautions seriously! Great deals, easy online ordering and in store returns (if necessary).
They didn't have any bags to put the shoes you bought. They have a pretty good selection.
They sanitize the shoes after each customer tries them on. Love that.
