Love the shopping experience on this store. The team members are really nice and make you feel welcomed. This is my favorite store for a long time
I can not Express enough how great the staff is at this location. I purchased a wedding dress that needed to be returned and by mistake it was put on a card I no longer have(totally my fault). After contacting customer service and getting a run around, the store manager and staff stepped up to help. They were not only friendly but I felt very taken care of and followed up with. The store manager at this location did a fantastic job meeting my needs and making sure the refund process was fixed. I really hope this team can be recognized by the Torrid corporation, it is truly hard to find staff that cares this much these days! Thank you ladies!!
I love Torrid! Especially when they have sales. Today, Courtney (I apologize if that's spelt wrong) helped me out while I was looking through clearance stuff. She was super helpful! She knew about all the products and sales going on. She even had a fitting room ready for me before I even knew I wanted to try anything on! I appreciate her patience and kindness. I'll be back soon for sure.
What an amazing experience! The ladies working there were so helpful and I felt right at home. I will be back soon to redo my wardrobe!!
Employees are wonderful. They're very friendly & always helpful. Parking in this location can take a couple of minutes to find a spot, but we'll worth being able to just walk up to the entrance of the store without being in a large & populate mall.
