I called looking for a specific service , My call was professionally answer by Esmeralda Martinez, (I call 10 other banks,the same morning) No one new much about the service we required, Esmeralda very professionally said to me I Will Get Back to you Mr. Garcia, She did. (only one other bank has gotten back to me and it is been 4 days) Needless to say she made an appointment for my wife and I, (We are seniors Semi Retired) and the next day we drove to Wauchula approx. 100 miles round trip. The Bank is Amazing , The Service not just by Esmeralda but all was great not just to us, All bank customer were treated like they were family. WE WILL NOW DO ALL OUR BANK BUSINESS AT WAUCHULA STATE BANK, We drive there once a week if necessary , From Apollo Beach.nIf you are tired of Undignified treatment and service at your local bank , Try Wauchula State Bank.

Mayda is very rude, and seems as though she hates her job. If your going to work for a bank learn how to greet customers with a smile and not with an attitude.

It is wonderful to have access to your account 24-7 and if you ever do have a problem, they will do whatever they need to to fix it.

Whenever I enter this bank, everyone is always friendly. I have never had to wait more than just a few minutes to have assistance from the tellers. The bank tellers, by the way, are always smiling and eager to assist!!

This is an amazing hometown bank. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't use them. Really nothing else to say, yes, I have 4 other banks that I have used and currently use, but wauchula is by far the best.
