I came to custom pro fit labs with a broken left ankle foot orthosis. The owner Mark Thigpen informed me that my braces broken parts were no longer made. Instead of suggesting I get a brand new brace(expensive) or turning me away Mark and his team worked diligently to repair my brace with the parts they had in stock making it work and completing it on that same business day. I was extremely grateful that he was able to do so and it became clear to me that this is not only his livelihood but his passion to help others. If you want someone who will take any challenge and work till its completed Mark and his team are definitely your best choice.
This facility is the absolute BEST! They are highly competent, professional and caring. Additionally, the staff is warm and friendly.nI am extremely satisfied with their work (made custom molded sandals & shoes for me) which could not be more comfortable. You will not want to go anywhere else once you've been there. I promise you!
Absolutely awesome staff! Friendly, courteous and concerned that I actually got the right shoes for my feet. I am diabetic and wear a 9 (yes 9!) E. That ain't easy to fit. They did it! I am very grateful for the quality top notch service they provided. Thank you Pro Fit!

After my first visit, I was tremendously impressed by this facility. Mark Thigpen (owner) is very knowledgable and determined the best possible solution to the pain I was experiencing in my foot.The entire staff was very welcoming and I was able to receive my custom foot orthotics quickly due to the fact that they fabricate everything in house.
