Worst customer service ever. Juana morel Ana pernudi refused to take my payment
The worst customer service. Was talked over and barely listened to properly. Just gonna bank somewhere else.
This branch canceled my appointment and did not call or email me about it. Then they were rude and unwelcoming when i tried to ask how this happened. It really shows that they do not care about their customers. I will be looking for a new bank and taking my money elsewhere.
Terrible location since Michelle Chamberlain left.They let competent employees go to hire anew at base salaries.
Very bad customers service. They make A different excuses every time for you to withdraw your money. Would not recommend this location.
