Opened an account here with in the first 2 weeks they didn't let a check clear when funds were more than available and charges me 105.00 in Fees. I called they reversed the fees but I don't have time to sit on hold and beg for them to do the right thing. Then last week they made a deposit into my account over a month ago and just caught the error and cost me 1440.00 that I just don't have sitting around. I went up and closed the acct the girl looked shocked.nNot a fan of a bank that has a camera in the drive through so impersonal. Large Banks are that just large Banks and don't care about the regular Joe. Want a Good Bank go somewhere else.nnThey just don't know how to treat consumers but they love the word FEE. Beware.

Great tellers with excellent service. Manager is either someone's relative or has something to blackmail an executive. Least helpful person in the branch. Best avoided, I go to the Viera branch when I need to see management or get valid advice.

Never a line at this location. Parking lot is a little tight but easy to leave and enter from multiple directions. Staff is always friendly and quick

I'm not sure what Geoffrey was up to but he definitely made me feel uncomfortable and like he was background checking me even though I gave him the proper ID. First his excuse was that his computer was slow, then it was the printer only prints one page at a time (well isn't that usually how printers work? ) I got the distinct impression that he was profiling me which is why I am giving this branch 3 stars.
