I have been banking at this branch for over 20 years and they are very good people that really care about the customer. I have never had a complaint and have nothing put great things to say about them. The HighSprings branch is very helpful and go out of there way to make the customers happy. It has been threw 3 names but the people have remained the same. You walk in and the people know your name and who you are right away. Who could ask for anything more. Thank you for having such a great business. I would highly recommend this bank for any new banker or even someone looking to switch banks.
Wonderful care. Ms. Lynn was careful and treated me like she would like to be treated. They are ready to take good care of you always loving and a smile at all time.
Would put 2 stars because their staff is very nice on person, but cannot get them on the phone. The automated service (select 2 to speak to someone on the branch) just disconnects. So I called the 800 customer service and even he (after almost 10 min) could not get through. We will be changing banks. What good are they if you can't reach them on the phone?
Agree 100% with the rest of the poor ratings. Nice folks but their automated phone service gives you the runaround, it's impossible to reach the branch bank by phone. Major pain to make transfers or major transactions for purchases, etc.
Great customer service very personable and friendly.
