Clean, consistent and have a wide range of pet needs. From food, toys and everything in between.nHowever no animals are sold other than fishnnParking can be tricky.

They disallow firearms in their store. Since in DC that means legally I cannot enter with a firearm, I have to give them a 1 star.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The other day we got caught in a downpour of a rain storm and they opened the puppy play pen and let my pup play for a little bit. They even introduced us to puzzle toys!! Thanks to the awesome team at H Street NE Petco!

The staff were all very helpful and took their time to answer my questions. Pleasant customer service experience.

Store opens at 10am - not 9am.nThey have little to NO fish related items. They have 30 betas - but only 1/4 of an aisle dedicated to fish and aquariums. Wasted my time and fuel driving there to arrive at 9am, waited around until the store opened at 10am only to find that the customer service rep who I spoke to yesterday said that all Petco stores sell live fish and have at least 1 double sided aisle dedicated to aquarium set up, decor and water conditioning etc. This store does NOT have ANY of that.
