Just moved here and we brought our senior dog in for a visit and the staff was wonderful! From my 1st call, to check in. The Veterinarian was so kind and gentle to my dog. She even got down on the floor to keep our old dog safer. She gave us wonderful advice and offered a great plan to help keep our dog comfortable while she's still with us. Thank you to the entire staff for your awesome work!

Our regular vet was unable to see our injured cat when I called Friday morning until Monday after noon. When I said my cat needed medical attention quicker than that, they suggested I contact an emergency hospital which was much too expensive so they repeated they could see our cat Monday. My friend recommended Dr. Wallace so we took our cat with no appointment (as a walk in Friday) and he treated our cat with great care and compassion. We shall return as Dr. Wallace will become our pets' primary care provider. Sick creatures should not be put on hold for the convenience of the care providers.

Doctor Wallace is absolutely amazing. When we adopted our dog, we knew he had heart worms, but not how bad the infection really was. When we brought Odin, our dog, in with concerns about his symptoms, Dr. Wallace sat right on the floor next to our dog to examine him. Dr. Wallace was so kind and patient as he told us about how bad Odin’s infection really was- it was the worst one he has ever seen. I cried and Dr. Wallace heard us out and gave us options, but didn’t push us to do anything we weren’t comfortable with. We treated Odin with Dr. Wallace, and a year later, Odin is in great health! We will be keeping Dr. Wallace as our vet as long as we can! Every time we visit him still, he will sit down on the floor next to Odin to examine him and make him comfortable, while simultaneously being the most kind and personable vet I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I am so grateful for Dr. Wallace and this veterinary practice!!

Always treat my dogs as they would their own. The whole staff is friendly. The tech who clipped True Love's nails was the best I've seen since leaving Michigan. She cut them w/o blood and not just snips that mean I would be back again in a month. Great job. Also, staff wears masks but you can go in with your pets-Banfield won't let you. It's like a guessing game for the vet without having the pet's person face-to-face. I remember to much more to share when I see what the vet is examining. I drive almost an hour to see Dr. Wallace.
