VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I will never recommend this store or ever buy anything there again. I won't go into the long story but here's the highlights. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable store yes you may pay a little more but in the end its worth it! It has been a nightmare trying to get my money back from them! Yes they are a AS IS store but I told them I wanted an electric clothes dryer. They sold me a gas dryer. They offered an exchange and I agreed to settle for a white one instead of the smoke color I originally purchased (that would matched my washer) Then when they didn't have an electric dryer to exchange the employee said she would have to ask about a refund because as she said they are an AS IS store. (Remind you this is after we took the dryer home placed it in my house to only then discover their mistake.) They did tell me they would refund my money immediately. Well, Day after day I have contacted them asking about my refund of $569. The employee told me that I would get it BUT they REALLY DIDN'T have to give me a refund and wasn't sure when I would get it because I SHOULD HAVE DOUBLE CHECKED THEM FOR THEIR MISTAKE OF SELLING ME A GAS DRYER AND NOT AN ELECTRIC ONE! Really??!! ( their mistake but my fault wow) So as of today I still have not receieved my refund. I've been dealing with this since the day I purchased the dryer Friday April 19 tomorrow will be 7 days. I am still without a dryer because Im waiting on my refund. And by the way if anyone goes there to purchase anything heavy they DO NOT have anyone that can or will help you load or unload if you have to return items.The employees hands you a dolly and thats it. You are on your own. ( If we had known that we would have taken someone with us to help) My husband had to load and unload all by himself. The employees are nice until there's an issue then all that changes. Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. (Just so there is no confusion that I was a real customer Creasy is my maiden name I'm married now I'm a Buchanan.) --- Donna Buchanan.nnUPDATE:nThe owner did respond to me in a post and as of today 4/26/19 1 refund transaction is showing in my account today and the other should follow by Monday.nnUPDATE:I did receieve all of my refund. The owner was very respectful in responding to me over my issue with her business. The employee did apologize for everything that took place.
