Wonderful store! I couldn’t find some brown dryer vents at the Big box stores so I called Quillin Hardware. The lady that answered was so nice and helpful. They had my vents, and held them up front for me until I got there. Once we got there, the staff was so friendly and helpful! This is the best family owned business I have been into in a long time, and you can tell that they care about their customers.nThanks Quillin hardware, we will most definitely be back!

Why did I enjoy this place? Well, as a fan of Ms. Kathryn Stockett and Ms. Susan Rebecca White, both writers of Southern literature, I shop not just to buy; I like to be guided on a journey. I went in for some furniture oil. They were out, but the Quillen ladies gladly offered to order it. While standing and chatting, the bones of the place, around since 1897, spoke to me. I think if I had stood there long enough, i could have written a blog. The store has all of the basics. I was in Home Depot which was like a frozen beef patty compared to a gourmet hamburger. Check it out for price, sales assistance and selection. You won't go wrong.

Wonderful friendly people, very informative even if they do not carry your specific needs, someone will direct you in the right direction! Prices are even competitive with big stores!
