Just Delicious and Super Nice Folks running it. We stopped by there on the way from Blue Mountain Brewery, and picked up a slab of ribs, pulled pork sandwich, and baked beans. We must say, Beyond Delicious! We will surely be back, as the lady promised we would, when in that area from Richmond, VA. Heck, it is worth the trip on its own without the brewery; the food is that darn good. Thanks for your kindness and hospitality; you are right, we will be back very soon. Dr. Ken and Lorna King
I have been going to Paulie's since they opened. I have never been disappointed!! And Paulie and his staff are the best!
Solid bbq. No dine in. Nice staff. A but pricey, but large portions. Sides are all homemade.
Stopped in on our way home from wintergreen and it was the best idea we’d had the whole trip the bbq was delicious as well as the sides and don’t get me started on the hospitality they were so welcoming and kind
Paulie's Pig Out is a family favorite. We try to stop there every time our adult kids are in Nelson County. We love Paulie's so much that we asked him to cater our daughter's wedding this last weekend. As always, Paulie's was perfection. Not only was the food absolutely amazing (as usual) even for the large crowd, but Paulie and his team were wonderful to work with. He brought a staff of three to help plate the food, he brought his smoker so we could enjoy the delicious smells right on site, and he came back the next day for all the bags of trash. We can't recommend Paulie and his food for catering highly enough.nThanks, Paulie, for making our daughter's wedding day even more special by sharing your delicious food and professionalism with our wedding guests!
