Ordered a toasted chicken sub with about 30 minutes ago with sweet peppers, tomato, lettuce. I got the smallest pieces of chicken, like four slivers of peppers, no tomato, it wasnt toasted, and the chicken was dried out like its been sitting there all day so I just threw it in the trash cause it was straight garbage. If that girl works again I won't order. This is the second time she messed up my order. The first time was a week ago I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and there was only one patty and one piece of bacon.

The store manager nichole tonight was rude as hell. Even employees say they got a problem with her. I got to store to purchase gas and use bathroom and she was so rude and would not allow me in store for no reason. Never had a problem at that store but i will never ever step foot in that store again and will be letting my family and friends know not to shop there. I have also contacted police about it and i wil be calling news tomorrow since yall wont fo nothing about her

WENT IN ONE NIGHT AFTER WORK AND THE CHICKEN/WEDGES WERE OLD ONLY HAD ONE PIECE OF WHITE MEAT AVAILABLE AND IT LOOKED AS IF IT HAD BEEN THERE FOR DAYYSSSSS! I WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND SHE WAS SO NICE AND UNDERSTANDING SHE EVEN GAVE ME SOME CHICKEN BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! SHE HAS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE I JUST HOPE THEY HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES TO HANDLE THE FOOD BUT MRS.SABRINA WAS THE MANAGER I SPOKE WITH AND SHE MADE MY 2ND VISIT A PLEASANT ONE THANKS SO MUCH! ROYAL FARMS HAS HAD THE BEST CHICKEN FOR YEARS KEEP IT FRESH PLEASE!
