I will never go to this location againnWent in too purchase an accessory and left with all types of things added to my account without my knowledge. I work for At&t and this is not how we treat our customers. Daniel was the Representative that helped with the purchase and also was the one who added all these unnecessary features to my account. Definitely not happy with this location

Service was outstanding. The gentlemen who set my new watch and new phone up were really electronic service geniuses. Very polite and customer service was outstanding. I will always deal with this ATT store in Smithfield. Go see Hasan !!!

Walked in and immediately was helped by the manager Jason. His energy was great and he helped me get set up. He answered all of my questions and concerns patiently. Great atmosphere inside the store highly recommend!

Hassan and Jason were awesome. They make a great team. They went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend using the Smithfield AT&T store for all your needs. The store had a great selection of phones and accessories. Both Hassan and Jason are very knowledgeable.
