Go to Suffolk! I paid extra for this store to pack my boxes prior to shipping, and the clerks did a horrible job! I didn't get the chance to see them pack it, otherwise I would have fixed it. My advice...if using this store to ship, pack your boxes yourself! Before and after pics attached showing damage upon arrival at destination from horrible packing job by this store.
I love going here for my Amazon returns. You just bring in your returned item, have the scan code ready, and Voila, you're on your way!!
More times than not the “internet” is down and they can’t take packages. Hmm. For a week ?! I never seem to be able to put my packages down where they would like me to. Not helpful. Not friendly. Choose another UPS store if you hope to get anything taken care of.
Have never had anything but negative experiences at this location. It is worth the drive to go to the one in Suffolk beside the Holiday Inn. Owner is rude and they always overcharge. Don't even ask if you have an account, etc.
It seems like every time I have gone here to drop off packages, which is the only business I do with this specific location due to Amazon's relationship with them, the representative(s) seem to be very annoyed that they actually have to help a customer. Also, one time, I have gotten there 5 minutes before closing (not on purpose), and they refused to accept my package, stating the the label on it was no good, even though I had a driver scan it the next day and it worked perfectly fine. They stated that they have already closed the computers, so they could not check if it was good or not, so made the assumption that it wasn't. I will happily do business with the competition if I have the choice.
