The doctors are fabulous but the main street location is horrible. We came on a Saturday for a newborn appt and there was a man drinking a case of beer and urinating in the parking lot. It's unfortunate because the doctor we met (Blanchard) was awesome and gave me some advice which I remember now years later. Also, the inside was not very updated and stuck in the 70s. We decided to switch to another doctors office because I didn't feel comfortable coming back without my child's father.

We Love the children’s clinic !nMyself and husband were patients of children’s clinic as well as now our son.nWe love they have 3 offices, on cal Dr 24/7nYou can always talk to someone when you need too.nWe actually use the Gloucester location and hands down my son lives the nurses there.nThey know their patients they connect with each one of them.nWe consider them part of our family.nDr Broderick def helped us through the toughest times when our son was first born at 32 weeks early.nThe Dyes

Love the Drs. Here but the Main Street Office has the worst front desk staff. I was put on hold and I guess they forgot to hit the button, and the one lady told the other that she put me on hold because she didn't want to deal with me. I called the Denbigh office and the front desk staff Crystal helped me and I was able to schedule an appointment for my son. Thankyou Crystal!!! I will no longer be taking him to Main street office as long as those women work there.

This place has the worst front desk staff. The pediatricians are amazing and very nice but the front desk is terrible. First off if you have questions or concerns about your child they take days to call you back. Second my daughter had to have her newborn screen redone because something came back abnormal. They called me and said to go to the hospital where she was born and they would fax the order over and the labs will do the blood work. We go to the hospital and they can’t find the order. The hospital had to call them and ask. We had to do that twice because after the second time of doing the newborn screen they called and said there wasn’t enough blood. Today we come in for a appointment at 10am. We come in at 9:45 and we’re told to wait in the waiting room because there were no rooms for us. A few minutes later more people walk in and get told to wait in a room. After seeing the second person go into a room I go to the front desk and asked why we have to wait in the waiting room and everyone gets to go to a room and she says there’s 3 different doctors and something else that didn’t make sense. So I walk back into the waiting room and not even a minute goes by and she sends another person to a room. My husband gets up and brings our baby to the car and I go to the front desk to ask for her medical records. Told the lady I was done I’m switching pediatricians because the front desk is terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone out experience was just horrible

We call to get information and the person was very rude and not very helpful. They got good reviews as per doctors but I will not bring my baby to a place I can't even communicate well with the office personnel.nBetter customer service needed for sure!
