Went to this store to find out why my wife's Iphone battery was draining so fast. She was told there was nothing they could do and that she needed to call IT. IT? What does that even mean. The guy in the store (Earl) (Never getting up from his chair) went on to tell her that she was using the wrong charger (this was false). So then we decided to go back to where we got the phones at originally at Zion Crossroads (30miles away). The clerk there took the time to check the information on the phone, and also changed up a few settings for her.Great service just like when we got the phones there. How hard would it have been to walk my wife through the steps to troubleshoot the phone? So he goes on to say that they aren't a full service Verizon store.....What??? What does that have to do with helping with this issue?

Damien saved the day, my phone decided it wanted to swim in the creek while rock hunting. He did a phenomenal job getting things in order for me. Stand up guy!!!

I went in to get my new phones activated the associate Elizabeth was already helping other customers but she acknowledged us and when she was ready for us she took care of us and I have to say she was pleasant and professional customers kept coming in and she handled all of them in an awesome manner she literally was a one woman show. I am very happy with the service I received and only wish I got the same courtesy and service everywhere I do business.
