As a vegetarian, I wasn't sure how dining at Longhorn Steakhouse would work for me, but I found a favorite salad (strawberry pecan salad) and had a plain baked potato. The meat eaters also enjoyed their respective steaks, so it was a win. Service was great and overall was a nice dining experience.
Not bad for the situation going on now
I had ordered food Togo last week.. and the food was delicious.. and the service was amazing. I had checked in online and immediately this tall girl came to my car and brought my food out to me immediately, she even asked me if everything was in the bag and waited for me to check my food.. she’s always so lovely and sweet when I come and my food is always lovely ☺ufe0f .. I would recommend this place..
Service was ok and the steak was not up to par.
So I took my family for lunch today (16 March 21) and everything was cooked incorrectly... however the manager that was working (Deann) went above and beyond to ensure my family was happy. I ordered 2 outlaw ribeye steaks medium and both of them came back well done. Instead of giving me the run around she personally cooked a new medium steak for me and it was awesome. She took time out of her busy day to turn a miserable experience into a good one. I am so thankful for Deann. Customer service at its best ud83dudc4fud83cudffe
