My child and I always order the boneless & traditional combo. Had to ask the waitress to make sure there was sauce (medium) on my boneless wings and dry rub (Buffalo) on my traditional. The mozzarella sticks came out first then our food shortly there after. Food was great due to our waitress!

The waitresses are on point but unfortunately there was only three of them in a full establishment. The management is clearly lacking as they can't keep the place staffed properly. We showed up and waited 30 minutes before anyone spoke to us. We had words with all 3 waitresses and they were all nice and professional with us. We sat at the table for close to an hour and a half waiting on food. Our waitress kept apologizing for the wait and continuously checked on us. She was great. But the fact that a kitchen can't do their own job on a SATURDAY NIGHT. Blows my mind. I watched someone else walk their chicken wings BACK to the kitchen themselves with a calm disappointed look and came back with nothing. She waited for 30 more minutes at her table with her kids and then decided to leave.

The busboy literally threw the menus on the table as we sat down. Could have easily handed them to us. When we met the server, she informed me that they were out of the beers that I like (Heineken and Corona). Not to mention, when the food came out, 2/3 entrees were cold... Overall, I wouldn’t visit again based on this experience.

alot of waitresses standing around and not helping tables. They grouped up a and were talking about there employees. Which is not professional. Not to mention the kitchen was backed up but there was only 3 tables seated. Will not return the this restaurant. This place needs better management and training on the best way to utilize customer service. Sad because the wings were delicious.

The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because the food was good. The service is not what I have ever experienced at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Our family is visiting from Chicago and this was our last night on vacation. We were on the fence where to eat tonight and decided on BWW. We were seated and waited for about 20 minutes before we finally met our waitress. We placed our order and got our food about 20 to 30 minutes later. Our waitress did NOT come back until then. No refills, no checking in with us. Once we got our food, she disappeared again. We didn't see her for about another 30 minutes. All of us needed a refill, but we just wanted to leave at that point. I think I was being generous with what I gave her for a tip, but I would NOT recommend going to this specific BWW's. The service needs an overhaul.
