Great service. Gluten free buns that actually taste good with a soft texture. Side salads are huge and produce is very fresh. All around great experience.
I hadn't been to Friday's in 10 years...Great atmosphere...not too crowded...food delicious...amazing service- wish I remembered the server's name...she was pleasant and prompt. I recommend the ribs. Delicious!!
Its Easter and maybe they was just opening up, but there was no staff at the door to seat anyone , we had to walk through the building to find the staff, the place was pretty much empty and maybe that's why everyone was in the back or in a meeting idk. Only one table was taken all the rest of the tables was empty. Place was clean and we seated ourselves after we found a staff member . She came over to clean the table off or wipe it down I should say . Floors and all looked clean. Only problem was no staff at the door once you enter to greet you nor sit you and no staff in site once you walked into the bar and seating area .
Horrible service! Manager just said that the waitress that never checked on us, was her best waitress. She would NOT let us switch to the waitress that was doing a good job.
It was great, the food was very good after a long day out. I recommend this place to others
