It is the second time in less than two months that you have visited the facilities and waited for a table for more than 20 minutes and when they tell me that the table is ready they want to give me the one at the entrance and I ask them to change it for me. They say I have to wait another 15 minutes because they only have two servers. I believe that even if they have only one waiter, there should be no problem in serving customers well and the attitude of the employees is hostile. They care very little about customer service however I went to Applebee’s in Norfolk and the service was excellent we waited for the table but the staff is very respectful

I always have the chicken oriental salad, which as always, was phenomenal. However, the waitress we had was either having a bad day, or was working the whole floor. She didn't check on us. We had to get another worker twice just to get drinks. Then when she brought our check, she stops behind my mother to wait for her card, (we were in the back corner of restaurant), but then couldn't be bothered to hand it back when she returned. She just laid it on total opposite end of the table.

Service was good but we were seated in a very dim part of the restaurant, we were given plastic utensils to eat steak with and they wanted to fix the lite while we were eating instead of just moving us. We chose the Newport News location because the Hampton location's employees seem to cater to the so called regulars instead of average patrons. Now I'm sold on not ever patronizing either location or any location for that matter. We absolutely hated it and to make matters worse it was our first wedding anniversary.

Food was good but the curbside pickup is horrible you call the number to let them know your there like sign says to do but it rings forever then goes to voice mail I had to go inside twice to get my food but it's supposed to be curbside

I came in about a month ago and wasnt going to leave a review until my friend told me about the same awful experience that i had . the waitress was great and very sweet but the food was awful. the mozzarella sticks were okay, my Alfredo had a weird taste and the noodles were old , garlic bread cold and old , my boyfriends fries also cold. everything just tasted like it had been sitting out for hours , and it was still 2 hours before they closed , will not be spending my money here again
