Went in last night (11/5/20), greeted by the togo person or host right away. Ashley was our waitress and she was AMAZING! Hands down the best. Had my usual plain hamburger with veggies - amazing and on point. Hubby had the pulled pork sandwich and mashed potatoes. Kiddos had chicken fingers and fries and you are probably thinking you can't screw that up well ya can They have the better chicken nuggets in the area (kids tested). Of course you can't forget about the donuts - amazing and always on point! Again - our waitress was amazing - she had a large table, our table, and another but still managed to keep up with everything.

Absolutely a great experience! Food was amazing, and the service was even better. Came here for a date night, and Steven T. took great care of us. He made awesome recommendations, and came to check on us frequently. 10/10 recommend.

Our overall experience was okay. The waitress was really nice and was clearly working hard. Our food was okay but 2 of our orders came out incorrect. We were missing an add-on on a burger and the nachos we got had chips so stale that they hurt my teeth when I took a bit. We’ve gone to other Smokey Bones locations and normally the food is good but this location might want to check the quality of the food that’s coming out of the kitchen.
